Politique industrielle de l’UMP : Peu d’actes mais beaucoup de paroles !
Le ministre de l’Industrie, Christian ESTROSI, se rend dans l’Oise le 1er février, dans le cadre de la campagne des élections régionales, pour apporter sa caution aux listes UMP et parler aux militants sarkozystes de sa politique industrielle.
Nul doute que les milliers de salaries isariens ayant perdu leur emploi ces derniers mois, que les milliers d’autres légitimement inquiets pour leur avenir professionnel, accueilleront avec scepticisme et colère cette visite ministérielle et électoraliste.
En effet, le gouvernement Sarkozy-Fillion et ses représentants sont restés totalement muets, depuis des mois, devant les conséquences économiques et sociales de la crise qui frappent si durement l’industrie isarienne et ses salariés.
En 2009, ce sont en effet près de 6000 emplois industriels qui ont été détruits dans l’Oise, par l’effet conjugué de la crise économique et des délocalisations décidées par quelques financiers rapaces, ceux-là mêmes que le Chef de l’Etat vient d’aller saluer à Davos, en Suisse…
Continental, Sachs, Bosch…la liste est longue des fermetures d’entreprises performantes dans l’Oise, dont aucune n’a jamais fait sortir de son silence assourdissant le « Commissaire à la ré-industrialisation de l’Oise », improbable gadget gouvernemental sans aucun intérêt pour les salariés des entreprises industrielles de notre département.
Alors que l’Oise, à l’instar du reste de notre pays, a vu le nombre de ses chômeurs progresser de 7000 en 2009, la situation économique et sociale appelle bien plus qu’un meeting électoral de l’UMP. Il serait grand temps que le gouvernement, comme les élus locaux UMP, passent enfin de la parole aux actes !
Les socialistes de l’Oise demandent que soient rendus plus difficiles les plans de licenciements, au moyen d’un examen préalable par la justice et par les salariés de la situation des entreprises s’apprêtant à licencier, et qu’une ambitieuse politique industrielle, terriblement mise à mal ces dernières années par les gouvernements de droite, puisse à nouveau être mise en œuvre au bénéfice des bassins d’emplois sinistrés.
